As midwives, we feel that relationship is just as important as good medical care. Our services reflect our commitment to making sure your heart-felt feelings are expressed at each visit. We want this to beyour birth... your way.
Time— Many times our appointments will go on for an hour. This is your opportunity to become comfortable with us. We want you to ask those questions that might be nagging you and voice concerns. Becoming friends is just as important to us as making sure you and your baby are healthy.
Family Centered Care— Giving birth is a family event. We want to meet those that you care for, especially those who you plan to have at your birth. Daddy’s can catch their baby, children can participate and grandma can share a special part.
Continuity of Care— One of the nice aspects of having your own midwife, is that the same midwives will care for you at your prenatal appointments, at your birth, and for postpartum care. You already know who will be there for you.
Informed Choice— It is YOUR baby and YOUR body. We provide you with as much information as needed to understand issues to make an informed choice.
Education & Counseling— Education is offered at every prenatal. We take the time to make sure your questions are answered, and if we don’t know the answer, we will learn with you! We offer childbirth classes, fertility awareness and get-to-gethers for moms .
On going care: Free baby weight checks during any normal prenatal day. We love to see our babies grow up! Come visit us!

Water Birth: you can buy a nice soft tub for your comfort for your home birth
Basic Newborn exams for up to 6 weeks
Birth Certificate filed
Newborn Screening done at your home visit so you don’t have to take the baby out.
Consultation by phone 24 hours a day throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.
Family Planning or Fertility Awareness instructions as you desire. We respect your beliefs and convictions as a family.
